They reflect and were designed with a logic of reuse and waste reduction. We gave a second life to the chosen materials: from a paper bag used to buy bread, we made the father's shirt; eggshells became the grandmother's hair; from pencil shavings and cardstock sheets, reused from a watercolor painting, we obtained the hair of the main character and the father; dried tree leaves gave rise to the shoes; and fabric scraps and a withered flower turned into the grandmother's earrings.\u003cbr\u003eAll collected materials were digitized, so they can always be used without needing to spend more material for the development of the illustrative process.
