Where to begin?! There's no rule or magic formula, so we like to start at the beginning!

Congratulations to you... if you've made it this far, it's because you want to make a difference! Shall we go together?
When we started this journey, we never imagined the impact we would have on people... the daily feedback we receive, or the warmth with which you welcome us "into your homes"!

Christmas Brownies

Christmas calls for a sweet treat — one that fills the house with aroma, warms the heart, and brings smiles to the table. These Christmas brownies are simple to prepare, irresistibly rich, and add a fun touch that will delight both kids and adults at dinner.

At Green2You, we believe that cooking is a way to celebrate and care. Therefore, this recipe combines flavour, creativity, and mindfulness — so that the Christmas spirit can be felt in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 cups of coconut sugar (or other chosen sugar)

  • 300g salted butter

  • 3 ½ cups plain flour

  • 5 cups cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

For decoration:

  • Caramel or chocolate syrup

  • Coloured star sprinkles or chopped dried fruit

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture.

  2. Add the melted butter and mix well.

  3. Add the cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

  4. Add the chopped walnuts or almonds and mix gently.

  5. Grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle with flour.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  7. Bake for about 25 minutes. Do the toothpick test: if it comes out moist, but without raw batter, it's ready!

  8. Let it cool slightly before unmoulding.

Christmas finishing touches 🎄

Cut the brownie into triangles, forming small "Christmas trees." Decorate with drizzles of chocolate or caramel syrup and sprinkle with coloured sprinkles or chopped dried fruit for a rustic and charming touch.

A touch of mindfulness 🌱

To make this treat even more special, opt for sustainably sourced cocoa, brown or organic sugar, and local dried fruits. If you want to reduce your environmental impact, choose reusable packaging or offer the brownies in recycled paper boxes, wrapped with fabric ribbons or natural sprigs.

Because Christmas is even sweeter when we live it with purpose — taking care of those we love and the planet that welcomes us. 💚

Special Hot Chocolate

There are winter days when all we need is a blanket, good company, and a steaming cup of hot chocolate in our hands. The sweet and intense aroma of cocoa, the exotic touch of cardamom, and cinnamon scenting the air — it's comfort in drink form.

At Green2You, we believe that Christmas is made of these small moments: simple, warm, and full of meaning. That's why we're sharing this special recipe with you, perfect for warming the heart and turning any cold afternoon into an instant of pure cosiness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 3 cardamom pods, lightly crushed (just press a knife over the seeds)

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice (plant-based or dairy)

  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods and lightly crush them.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk with the cardamom and bring it almost to a boil.

  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix well until you get a creamy and uniform texture.

  4. Strain the mixture to remove the cardamom seeds.

  5. Serve hot, decorate with marshmallows and a little cinnamon or a cinnamon stick — and let the taste of Christmas embrace you.

A touch of mindfulness 🌱

To make this moment even more special, opt for fair-trade cocoa and plant-based milks, such as oat, almond, or coconut — choices that respect the planet and the people who cultivate it. And, if you want to go a step further, replace traditional marshmallows with artisanal or vegan versions, reducing environmental impact without losing the sweetness of Christmas.

Because celebrating is also caring — for those we love and the world that welcomes us. 💚

Nothing beats the aroma of spices filling the kitchen to remind us that Christmas is just around the corner. These crunchy and flavourful cookies bring that traditional touch, perfect for sharing with family or giving as a thoughtful gift.

At Green2You, we value recipes that combine simplicity, flavour, and mindfulness, so that every festive moment is sweet and planet-friendly.

Ingredients:

  • 450g flour of your choice

  • 50g oats

  • 200g sugar or date powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 200g cold butter

  • 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation method:

  1. Grind the spices (pink peppercorns, cinnamon, and ginger) in a mortar or processor until they release their full aroma.

  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients with the very cold butter until you get a sandy texture.

  3. Add the ground spices to the mixture.

  4. Add the eggs and mix with your hands until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms.

  5. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut the cookies into your preferred shapes.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC until lightly golden (about 10-15 minutes).

A touch of sustainability 🌿

For this recipe, opt for organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Using whole sugar or dates reduces environmental impact and brings an even more natural flavour. To wrap the cookies, choose recycled paper or reusable boxes — small gestures that make all the difference at Christmas.

Because celebrating with flavour is also celebrating with mindfulness and love for the planet that welcomes us. 💚
