Terms and Conditions

Any order placed on the website www.green2you.pt may be freely terminated under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, with the user bearing the return costs. For this purpose, the user must return their order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, and send us an email with the purchase invoice attached, indicating whether they wish to exchange the product(s) or be refunded.

Marta Sofia Lopes, Unipessoal Lda. does not accept any return sent with postage due or cash on delivery, and undertakes to reimburse the user within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of termination under the terms of article 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, or the business day following the return or proof of return of the order, whichever occurs last.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user in the initial transaction or by bank transfer if the payment method used does not allow it.

Returned products must necessarily be in saleable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they were received by the user, without any anomaly.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is greater than the initial value, the user will have to bear the difference, using one of the payment methods available on our website for this purpose.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is less than the initial value, or in case of return, the user may choose one of the following forms of reimbursement of the excess amount paid:
1) Shopping voucher (valid for use in future purchases on www.green2you.pt); or
2) Reimbursement by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.

Items available on this website are eligible for shipping to mainland Portugal and the islands.

Deliveries are made between 1 to 7 working days.
