As our main mission is the reuse of packaging, we want to explain to you how it works in practice, so that in a very simple way you understand that it is easy, safe, and cheaper if you compare correctly :)

If you forget your jars, we have some in our store that we can provide; however, the experience is fantastic when you bring your own containers—try it!

Tip: keep bags and some containers in your car, in your bag, and at home.
That way, the probability of having some with you when you go to the grocery store is high!

Daily Quest

From the beginning, we dreamed of building our shelves, minimizing the purchase of new materials. We have shelves made from fruit crates, which we bought second-hand in Viseu, from an orchard.

We cut, sanded, varnished and sweated... our counter is also made of crates and when we moved to the larger store, we decided to reuse the hundreds of pallets we had on our father-in-law's land... we dreamed, measured, designed and built the shelves and bulk furniture for our store. What we couldn't/didn't build, we bought second-hand whenever possible!

Our (as a store and individually) daily mission is undoubtedly to reuse, whenever possible, the materials and resources that already exist on our planet and in our lives!

ALL our orders are shipped with recycled, repurposed, or recyclable materials.

We use all the boxes we receive from suppliers and from our customers, who also kindly leave them with us

How we prepare your orders

For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always in reused boxes/materials.

After receiving the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packing (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.

Shipments are made by CTT Expresso and you will usually receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery time. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything arrived well, and enjoy the items.
