Terms and Conditions

Any order placed on the website www.green2you.pt can be freely cancelled under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, with the user being responsible for the return costs. To do so, the user must return their order within a maximum of 14 days from the date of its receipt, and send us an email with the purchase invoice attached, indicating whether they wish to exchange the product(s) or be refunded.

Marta Sofia Lopes, Unipessoal Lda. does not accept any returns sent with postage due or cash on delivery, committing to refund the user within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation communication under the terms of article 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 or the next business day after receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, whichever occurs last.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user in the initial transaction or by bank transfer if the payment method used does not allow it.

Returned products must be in saleable condition, that is, in the same state in which they were received by the user, without any damage.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is higher than the initial value of the order, the user will have to cover the difference, using one of the payment methods available on our website.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower than the initial value of the order, or in case of a return, the user may choose one of the following methods for refunding the excess amount paid:
1) Shopping voucher (valid for use in future purchases at www.green2you.pt); or
2) Refund by bank transfer to an account to be provided.

Deliveries are made within 1 to 7 business days.

The terms of use may be changed at any time by decision of Marta Sofia Lopes, Unipessoal Lda., and it is considered that the changes come into force from the date of their placement on this site. Subsequent access and use of the site by the user will be considered as an unequivocal sign that the user has read, accepted and understood the changed terms of use.

All texts, images, illustrations, photographs, advertising, trademarks and other elements of the site's content are protected by law, and any copying, reproduction, dissemination or transmission, use, modification, sale, publication, distribution or any other use, in whole or in part, whatever the means used, is expressly prohibited.
