Quantity: 18 sachets

Ingredients: Cinnamon, ginger, anise, cardamom, and Assam black tea; all ingredients certified organic

Preparation: Steep one sachet in 300 mL of water for 4-5 minutes or to your personal taste. You can add warm milk and honey if desired. For iced tea, steep two tea sachets, let cool, and pour over a glass with ice.
Store at room temperature, away from direct light and humidity.

In the processing of black tea, after harvesting, the leaves are left to "wither". The next step involves rolling, twisting, and pressing the leaves, thereby breaking the existing cell walls, to allow enzymes to come into contact with polyphenols and air - causing oxidation. After the oxidation process is complete, the leaves are dried and packaged.

Processing: Unlike other teas, the production of black tea requires the leaves to be fully oxidized.

Flavor: The flavor varies with leaf size, processing, and region - try it and discover your favorite! A good quality black tea (long leaf) should have a full-bodied yet smooth, clear, and "coppery" taste.
