Description
Our organic gunpowder green tea is made from the fresh leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, a small Asian shrub belonging to the Theaceae family. This same plant, when fermented, also gives rise to other types of teas, such as black tea, Oolong tea, and white tea.
Green tea has a varied chemical composition, which depends on factors such as climate, cultivation method, time of year, species, and age of the plant.
Ideally, green tea should be consumed between meals, as the drink can interfere with the absorption of nutrients such as iron and calcium, as well as inhibit enzymes involved in digestion. For specific goals, it is advisable to seek guidance from a doctor or nutritionist to determine the appropriate amount and best consumption methods for each person.
In addition to being a stimulating drink due to its caffeine content, when consumed properly, green tea is considered a functional food. This is because it contains substances, such as catechins, capable of bringing various benefits to the body, as well as preventing and treating diseases.
Preparation (240ml): 1 teaspoon in water at 70ºC to 80ºC for 2-3 minutes

How we prepare your orders
For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with a lot of love. But always in reused boxes/materials.
After receiving the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.
Shipments are made by CTT Express and you usually receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery time. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything arrived well, and enjoy the items.
