Numi believes that it is not only important to have an ecological product but that the entire process to obtain it should be as ecological as possible. This is why the Numi factory is entirely powered by renewable energy, the packaging opts for perforated opening to avoid plastic wrappers, all paper components contain between 70-85% recycled paper, all paper prints are made with non-toxic and non-polluting soy ink, having won several ecological awards.
Numi's environmental policy allows to save/year:

Numi is a tea awarded for its quality and uses only "real" ingredients without extracts, oils or any other ingredient that is not a plant, fruit or spice.

The organic mate comes from Paraná, Brazil. The sustainably grown mate provides many benefits for the ecosystem and the community.
How we prepare your orders
For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.
Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.
Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
