Bokashi composting accepts various types of organic waste, even those of animal origin (such as meat and fish). It also accepts raw or cooked vegetables, seasoned or unseasoned food, fats, dairy products, fruit peels (including citrus), eggshells, coffee grounds, pits, nut shells, small bones and small fish bones, among other organic waste. You should not include liquids, such as milk, soup, or juices. Waste should be cut into small pieces to prevent air circulation between them.
