All beginnings can be difficult – including trying a menstrual cup for the first time. However, we can assure you that there is nothing to fear.

To complement the cup, you have reusable daily panty liners or reusable underwear.

Before using your OrganiCup for the first time, you should sterilise it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remember that the cup should not touch the bottom of the pot.

Usage Tips

Step 1: Fold and insert. The soft cup unfolds and creates a light suction seal, holding it in place.

Step 2: Wear for up to 12 hours. When inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel the cup. Nothing at all, play sports and forget about your period.

Step 3: Empty, clean, repeat. No problem, even in public bathrooms – use toilet paper and clean it better when you get home.
