1. How to use nuud Concentrated Natural Deodorant:

Apply nuud to your armpit at least every other day. Before or after bathing, in the morning or evening, whenever you dance or play an instrument. We're fine with it.

2. How much nuud to use?

Nuud is super concentrated. A pea-sized amount is enough.

3. How often to apply nuud?

You'll have to experiment with the first few applications. Some people exercise a lot and apply only once a week. Others, less active, need to apply it every other day. On average, it's every 3 days. You'll be delighted to know that bathing and playing sports do not alter nuud's effectiveness.
