• Do not exceed 1 application every 2 days to avoid clogging pores.
• Do not use directly after hair removal. Do not use on skin with abrasions or small wounds.

1. How to use Nuud Concentrated Natural deodorant:

Apply Nuud to your armpit at least every 2 days. Before or after showering, in the morning or at night, whenever you dance or play an instrument. That's fine with us.

2. How much Nuud to use?

Nuud is super concentrated. A pea-sized amount is enough.

3. How often to apply Nuud?

You'll need to experiment with the first few applications. Some people exercise a lot and only apply it once a week. Others, less active, need to apply it every two days. On average, it's every 3 days. You'll be delighted to know that showering and exercising don't affect Nuud's effectiveness.
