1. How to use Nuud Concentrated Natural Deodorant:

Apply Nuud to your armpit at least every 2 days. Before or after showering, morning or night, whenever you dance or play an instrument. We're fine with that.

2. How much Nuud to use?

Nuud is super concentrated. A pea-sized amount is enough.

3. How often to apply Nuud?

You'll need to experiment with the first few applications. Some people exercise a lot and only apply it once a week. Others, who are less active, need to apply it every other day. On average, it's every 3 days. You'll be super happy to know that showering and exercising don't alter the effectiveness of Nuud.
