that everyone could enjoy an infusion that alleviates menstrual pain and premenstrual symptoms, combined with a delicious flavour!
I confess I also drink this tea outside of my period, as I love its taste. In winter, it warms my soul, and in summer, I add 3 or 4 ice cubes, and it's even more delicious xD
This menstrual infusion contains nettle, lemon balm, horsetail, lady's mantle, raspberry leaves, St. John's wort, peppermint, and lemon verbena (all ingredients are certified organic)
How to use: Boil water and place 12 to 15g of the infusion in a reusable tea bag, in a cup (or teapot); cover and wait 7 to 10 minutes; strain and enjoy; if you prefer it cold, just add water or ice cubes!

How we prepare your orders
For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.
Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.
Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
