The 1L Insulated Jug with Filter and Stainless Steel Lid will bring a touch of elegance to your table. Functional, with a double wall and stainless steel lid, it keeps drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 12 hours.

Cleaning and use

  • Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven or freezer.
  • Wash before each use.
  • Wash with warm water and soap and/or baking soda. Use a non-abrasive utensil.
  • Dry upside down.
  • Store the bottle open.
  • Caution, hot liquids or foods can burn: use the product with care.
  • To avoid spills, close the lid tightly.
  • It is recommended to transport in an upright position.

Returns and warranty

Qwetch products have a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt for any manufacturing defect. Failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance voids the warranty.

How we prepare your orders

For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.

Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.

Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
