Description

Discover the isothermal, stainless steel lunchbox with a wide opening and complete leak-tightness. It keeps meals hot for 5 hours and cold for 7 hours. For transport or ease of opening, the integrated handle allows use in all conditions.

Cleaning and use

  • Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven or freezer.
  • Wash before each use.
  • Wash with warm soapy water and/or baking soda. Use a non-abrasive utensil.
  • Dry upside down.
  • Store the lunchbox open.
  • Caution, hot liquids or food can cause burns: use the product with care.
  • Do not exceed the filling capacity. Fill up to below the thread.
  • To prevent spills, close the lid tightly to ensure the product is leak-tight.
  • Vertical transport is recommended.

Returns and warranty

Qwetch products have a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt for any manufacturing defect. Non-compliance with the conditions of use and maintenance voids the warranty.

Isothermal bottles are produced in partner factories in China.

How we prepare your orders

For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.

Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.

Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
