To clean, simply wipe your toy with soapy water and a damp cloth.
Do not sterilize or store in the refrigerator.


Do not store in humid places. If left on the side of a bath or on tiles that may be slightly wet or damp, the toys will start to mold (like any natural product).
Air drying between use is recommended.


Like any natural product, do not leave it in direct contact with sunlight or any artificial light for long periods of time, as the color may fade.


Each toy is different. Our products are handmade one by one, so small imperfections or inconsistencies are what make each product unique.


Temperature variations can affect the shape and volume of the product.

How we prepare your orders

For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.

Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.

Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
