Indications: Organic ylang ylang essential oil alleviates the effects of stress, irritability, mental tension, anxiety, addiction disorders, and depression. Usage Tips

Consult a doctor before any therapeutic application or oral treatment.
Oral use: for menstrual pain or menopause – 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil, twice a day, with a little honey.
On the skin: Depression – 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil, apply to the inside of the wrists, 3 times a day.
On the skin: Stress – 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic bitter orange essential oil + 3 drops of organic macadamia vegetable oil, massage onto the arch of the foot and solar plexus.
On the skin: Sensual massage – 3 drops of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic sandalwood essential oil + 6 drops of virgin organic jojoba or coconut vegetable oil.
Usage Precautions: Flammable. Oral use under medical supervision. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended for children under 3 years old and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
