€6.50/kg Organic buckwheat is a naturally gluten-free seed, not a cereal like common wheat. It offers benefits such as improving circulation and acting as an antioxidant.

It can be used to replace wheat flour or grains like rice and oats. It can be consumed as porridge or added to preparations such as broths, soups, breads, cakes, pasta, and salads.

Being rich in B complex vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and zinc, buckwheat contributes to the formation of neurotransmitters that combat depression, anxiety, and headaches.

Cooked organic buckwheat groats have a nutty taste and a slight crunchiness reminiscent of cooked quinoa, for example. It can be served as a side dish with your meals or used in the preparation of salads, soups, and more. Soak for at least 4 hours.

It's also great lightly toasted and sprinkled on top of desserts for a crunchy touch.

How we prepare your orders

For us, all orders are special. We prepare everything with great care. But always using reused boxes/materials.

Upon receipt of the order, we separate the items (and check if any are out of stock). If everything is okay, we proceed to packaging (all with materials left by our customers or from orders we receive from suppliers). If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with various options.

Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, and you will normally receive either a message or an email indicating the estimated delivery. Then it's time to open your order, confirm that everything has arrived safely, and enjoy the items.
